プライバシーポリシー

このページは、エンジニア集会の運営が使っているツール「エンジニア集会アプリ」（以下「本アプリ」）が扱う情報と、その使い方を説明するものです。

本アプリについて

本アプリは、エンジニア集会の運営が自分たちのために使う内部ツールです。一般の方が利用したり、ログインしたりするサービスではありません。

本アプリは、VRChat で開催した LT（ライトニングトーク）会の録画を LT ごとに編集し、YouTube API Services を使って、エンジニア集会の公式 YouTube チャンネル（@engineer-meetup）に動画をアップロードします。

本アプリは YouTube API Services を利用しています。本アプリを通じて YouTube を利用する場合は、YouTube 利用規約 と Google プライバシーポリシー にも従うことになります。

扱う情報

Google アカウント・YouTube の情報

  • 本アプリが Google に求める権限は、YouTube への動画のアップロード（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload）だけです。
  • 認可するのは、エンジニア集会の公式チャンネルを管理する運営のアカウントだけです。それ以外の方の Google アカウントや YouTube の情報にはアクセスしません。
  • 認可で発行されるトークンは、運営が管理する録画用の PC にだけ保存します。外部のサーバーには送らず、第三者にも提供しません。
  • 視聴者の情報、コメント、再生数などの YouTube のデータは取得しません。

LT の録画

  • 録画するのは、LT 会の発表の時間帯だけです。映るのは、VRChat 上のアバター、発表スライド、会場の音声です。
  • 発表者は、発表を申し込むときに、録画を公開するか（公開・限定公開・公開しない）を選びます。「公開しない」を選んだ発表は、動画にもアップロードもしません。
  • アップロードした動画は、最初はすべて非公開です。運営が発表者の希望を確かめてから公開範囲を切り替えます。
  • 録画のファイルは、運営が管理する録画用の PC にだけ保存し、外部には公開しません。

情報の削除・アクセスの取り消し

  • 公開された LT の動画を取り下げたい発表者の方は、下の連絡先から運営にご連絡ください。動画の公開範囲の変更や削除に対応します。
  • 本アプリへのアクセス許可は、運営のアカウントの Google アカウントのセキュリティ設定 からいつでも取り消せます。取り消した場合、運営は保存しているトークンも削除します。

”Engineer Meetup App” (the “App”) is an internal tool used only by the organizers of Engineer Meetup (エンジニア集会), a technical community that meets in VRChat. It is not a public service, and no one outside the organizers signs in to it.

What the App does. The App edits recordings of lightning talks (LTs) given at our VRChat events and uploads them to our official YouTube channel (@engineer-meetup) using YouTube API Services. By using the App you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Google / YouTube data. The App requests only the youtube.upload scope, and only the organizers’ account that manages the official channel authorizes it. The App does not access any other user’s Google account or YouTube data, and does not collect viewer data, comments, or statistics. The OAuth token is stored only on the organizers’ recording PC; it is never sent to other servers or shared with third parties.

Recordings. Only the LT sessions are recorded (VRChat avatars, slides, and venue audio). Each speaker chooses whether their talk may be published (public, unlisted, or not published); talks marked “not published” are neither edited nor uploaded. All videos are uploaded as private first, and the organizers change the visibility according to the speaker’s choice. Raw recordings are kept only on the recording PC and are not shared.

Deletion and revoking access. Speakers may ask us at any time to change the visibility of, or delete, their video. Access granted to the App can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings; when it is revoked, we also delete the stored token.
